Ordered small bracket part (50 gram !) £9,40 shipping and packaging £8,25 After placing order I received a request for additional payment for shipping because due to the weight and/or volume the actual shipping cost is higher then the amount initially paid : another £10 to pay. Order shipped. Had to pay import duties €28,21. Package arrived mentioning a postage cost from £9,65 I'm not sure I have been treated correctly....

I lost an axle collar for my mt03 and couldn't find one anywhere but here, I was personally happy to wait for it but I understand people's frustration that it's not made clear before ordering. Thanks
