WHAT WE OFFER SERVICE?
A database for Yamaha original spare parts, you can order your parts from Yamaha references.
HOW TO ORDER:
1 - You enter the reference into the menu ""order by reference"", click on the ""order"" button to place the part in your basket.
It will appear at the right side where you can modify the quantity or add a comment (make sure to validate).
2 - When you"ve selected all your parts you select on ""see order". We will ask for your e-mail and if you do know you we will ask you to give us your identity.
3 - Once your user account is full we automatically return you to your order to select the desired payment method.
4 - You can modify or cancel your order as you do not click "accept" (after confirming the payment).
5 - It is not possible to order more than 30 pieces in one order.
AVAILABILITY: Yamaha Genuine Parts are available under 7 / 8 days to ship to most of the european countries.
If you have not received your order please contact us to be able to give you an estimated date of availability of part missing. In case you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us immediately. If the parts are no longer available will be refund your money.
SHIPMENTS: For shipments outside metropolitan England the price of transport indicated on the order must be considered illustrative. It may be changed, but always with your agreementbased on weight and size.
To take advantage of transport insurance, the buyer must necessarily when receiving the control condition of the goods to the factor and indicate on the delivery reservations about possible missing or damaged. Otherwise, no action is possible.
WARRANTY: A quality foolproof. To help you make your Shop with peace, we assure you a guarantee of 6 months on the original parts (subject to consent of the manufacturer). The warranty will not apply in the case of normal wear, a external accident, poor editing, or lack of maintenance.
SERVICE: Upon receipt of your package, we are at your service meet your needs. To solve a problem with your relationship, you can leave a message. Products sold our site is guaranteed in accordance with the regulations, any cons defects in materials or workmanship.
RETURNS: Attentive to your satisfaction, however, any return will be subject to prior authorization request. The request must be made within 7 days of the invoice date, stating the reason for return.
The documents must be in their original packaging unopened. Fees Return and initial mailing will be charged to the customer. Every item in cons refund will be refused. Reimbursement will be made within 30
days from the date of receipt, net of transportation costs.
The maximum order by credit card or check is 500 euros. Beyond that, you need a transfer.

PRICES: Our prices are effective from the date of confirmation of the order. They are likely to vary during the year without notice. They are account for VAT in French at the time of sale.
EXPORT VAT, VAT:
- Delivery in the EEC, VAT will be billed at a particular legal rate in England. It will not be charged for a professional post received his no intra-community VAT.
- Delivery in the world, VAT is not charged but local tariffs will be paid by the recipient of the order.
